On Sunday mornings, during Sunday Groups and the service, we have a staffed nursery and toddler room with some amazing volunteers. The nursery is for ages newborn up to 2 yrs., and the toddler room is for ages 3 to 4. The nursery and toddler rooms are very important parts of the church, and it is our goal to have a clean, comfortable and safe environment for the babies and toddlers, and for the ease of the parent.
Our goal is to provide a safe environment for our kids to learn and grow. We have awesome volunteers, all of which have a background check on file. We love seeing the kids have fun, and we have designed our services to provide them the best quality time frames possible.
We currently have one adult Sunday morning group available to adults. This group is open to any age and has different leaders doing a rotation. This group is lead by very capable disciples who take their roles very seriously and are always prepared for great discussions.
Currently, this group is going through a video series by speaker and Biblical historian Ray Vaner Laan. This group is open to anyone and is designed to be engaging at any point.
We are an average sized church in America. We like to have fun and not take things too seriously. Our Sundays are about community. We have Sunday morning groups for ages newborn to seniors, lead by amazing, loving people from within the church community. Each group is different in the topics discussed, but at the heart of each class is building the church family stronger and learning what it means to be a disciple of Christ.
Our Sunday services are not over the top, but simple and direct. We do the same thing many churches do: we have some songs, we collect offering, and have a message. But what’s unique with us is that we all know each other and love and support one another. We laugh together, and cry together. We strive to make this church to be what God intended: a family of believers. We emphasize the truth that the church is not the building but the people. We are a diverse group with a lot of goofy backgrounds, but that’s what makes the body of Christ so beautiful. Though we differ in our upbringings and life experiences, we claim the same Name, the same Gospel, and the same Father. We are always welcoming to anyone who would stop by to visit. We offer some annual events that we like to invest in for several reasons: it builds relationships within the church community, it give us opportunities to connect with new faces, and we like to have fun! Follow our events page to see what’s coming up.
*Note: All volunteers working with children have undergone a background check, have completed an online sexual abuse awareness training class, and make safety a priority. Several of our teachers are CPR certified.
